About the role

This role is responsible for leading Global Finance through the migration from legacy planning system to workday Adaptive and supporting other planning application, integrations within all , sales, regions , SILK(Data Fabric), Record to Report (R2R) business processes.

What you'll do

• Drive XP&A workstream deliverables across the Finance organizations and DT
• Drive design and deployment of Finance Planning systems and capabilities for the Finance organization while keeping impact in clear focus
• Own testing readiness (SIT, UAT, regression) and cutover planning for business continuity for specified workflows
• Act as a business liaison between XP&A and other workstreams (GCO, GFO, Regions, CSBG, GIS and others.)
• Identify and escalate cross-functional risks and dependencies through the Program Management Office (PMO) and governance boards
