Outbound Calling Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Outbound Calling Officer to proactively contact property owners, buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants, and turn those conversations into qualified opportunities. This role is not about "making calls." It is about disciplined outbound prospecting, sharp qualification, accurate CRM documentation, and timely follow-up — at high volume, without losing quality.

What you'll do

• Outbound prospecting & lead generation
• Make a minimum of 300 outbound call attempts per working day using the company-approved dialer, CRM, and lead lists
• Use approved scripts and talk tracks while keeping a natural, professional, consultative conversation style
• Present the company and its services accurately, identify interest, and establish the appropriate next step
• Generate qualified opportunities and transfer or assign them to the relevant Representative
