About the role

We're looking for a Business Development Representative to build the sales pipeline for our client, a healthcare company that sells to hospitals, infusion clinics, and healthcare distributors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging for leads from scratch, works well without much direction, and keeps follow-ups moving without being chased.

What you'll do

  • Lead research and prospecting
  • Identify potential leads based on the client's ICP (e.g., hospitals, infusion clinics, VA hospitals, and healthcare distributors)
  • Research each lead before outreach: the organization, the decision-maker, and their needs
  • Build and maintain prospect lists from scratch through manual research (LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories)
  • Write and send personalized email sequences in HubSpot Sequences
