Partnerships Manager

About the role

You will own Codemonk's partner ecosystem across three kinds of relationships: platform partners (AWS and Anthropic), origination partners (domain experts and advisors who bring customer problems and networks), and referral or co-delivery partners (other consulting firms).

What you'll do

• Own the day-to-day AWS partnership: register and progress opportunities in Partner Central, work the opportunity-invitations queue, improve opportunity quality
• Own the Claude Partner Network programme operations: register engagements, track certifications and tier progress, line up customer stories
• Build a regular working cadence with AWS and Anthropic partner contacts, and identify named accounts where co-selling or introductions can help us
• Recruit, onboard, and activate origination and referral partners, and get each one to a first qualified opportunity
• Run the partner pipeline end to end: qualify partner-sourced leads, route them to the right seller or service line
