What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of payroll processors or specialists
• Assign and monitor daily tasks to ensure payroll deadlines are met
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training opportunities for the team
• Handle any escalated issues from team members or clients
• Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for clients, ensuring that payroll is accurate and timely

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience
• Payroll
• Labour law
• Client relationship
• Reconciliation
• Any graduate
