About the role

As People and Culture Executive, you will gain hands-on experience across key HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and HR analytics, while supporting day-to-day HR activities and developing practical HR knowledge. statutory requirements, and audit processes.

What you'll do

• Support hiring managers and the HR team in coordinating recruitment activities and maintaining hiring trackers
• Assist with onboarding activities, including document verification, employee record maintenance, and induction coordination
• Support HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, payroll inputs, incentive data, and employee lifecycle documentation
• Assist in maintaining HR documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies
• Support performance management activities by maintaining appraisal records and tracking timelines
