This role supports the ongoing development across the organization by executing learning programs and curating effective, role-relevant learning paths. This role directly contributes to driving performance, engagement, and a culture of continuous development.

What you'll do

• Responsible for delivering critical employee experience: A structured learning for existing employees
• Partner with L&D Managers and business leaders to identify and validate learning needs
• Manage end-to-end delivery of learning programs (virtual, live, blended)
• Administer the Learning Experience Platform & Learning Management System
• Drive adoption through engaging communication strategy
