About the role

As Principal , you will serve as both a consulting leader and business builder. You will drive large, complex GCC strategy engagements for global clients while leading revenue growth, thought leadership, and capability development initiatives. This role requires strong strategic judgment, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex transformation challenges into structured, actionable solutions.

What you'll do

• Consulting & Client Engagement
• Lead large-scale engagements to design, establish, and scale Global Capability Centers
• Advise CXOs and senior stakeholders on operating models, talent strategy, digital engineering, and enterprise transformation
• Provide strategic insights on AI adoption, automation, and digital delivery frameworks
• Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and measurable business impact
