Proposals Manager

About the role

The Proposal Manager independently manages standard customer proposals and RFP responses. This role owns proposal execution within established frameworks, ensuring submissions are timely, compliant, and aligned to customer requirements and internal standards. The Proposal Manager exercises judgment within defined guidelines and escalates complex or non‑standard issues as needed.

What you'll do

• Coordinate inputs from Sales, Pricing, Contracts, and subject‑matter experts
• Manage timelines, dependencies, and submission milestones
• Ensure proposals fully address customer requirements and evaluation criteria
• Identify gaps or risks and escalate appropriately
• Process & Quality Management

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
• Clinical research
• Communication
• Sales
• Any graduate
