Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share Being aware of market trends and competition activities to support key strategic initiatives Recruitment of Sales force / Front line Sales Staff An MBA with at least 5 years of experience in sales and product management functions in Coats India Sound knowledge of products, applications, end user industry manufacturing processes and Coats India’s supply chain

What you'll do

• Ensure and support regional sales deliverables (B2B) in respect of South 1 region
• Achieving sales and collection targets along with other relevant KPIs for the region
• Managing Key Accounts to help the team with maintenance of share and key negotiations with respect to price and share gain
• Maintaining financial hygiene with respect to debtor days and overdue collection
• Training and development of sales personnel
