What you'll do

• Develop and implement the business plan for the region in close coordination with central team
• Deliver regional revenue targets
• Improve customer retention and drive initiatives to upsell/cross-sell on existing customer base
• Manage a team of service coordinators, category managers to ensure delivery of service metrics such as NPS, TAT, cost of operations
• Monitor team performance: Develop and implement KPIs

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience

• Any graduate
