Request for Proposal Manager (India)

About the role

We are looking for highly organized RFP & Proposal Managers to help our sales team develop high-quality responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and related customer questionnaires. This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage the complete proposal process—from reviewing requirements and coordinating with internal teams to drafting, editing, and submitting a compelling final response.

What you'll do

• Own RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and customer questionnaires from initial review through final submission
• Review requirements, identify mandatory criteria, and create a clear response plan
• Partner with sales leaders to understand the opportunity, customer priorities, competitive landscape, and win strategy
• Coordinate inputs from product, engineering, security, legal, finance, implementation, and other subject-matter experts
• Draft clear, persuasive, and customer-specific responses rather than relying solely on generic content
