Sales & Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Operations & Marketing Operations Manager to build and scale the systems, automation, and processes that power our global go-to-market team. Salesforce will be at the center of your work. You will own its ongoing architecture, development, and optimization, ensuring it evolves with the business and helps our global sales team operate effectively.

What you'll do

• Own and scale Sales Operations
• Own Salesforce architecture, administration, development, and continuous improvement to support a growing global sales organization
• Translate business needs into reliable technical solutions, balancing speed, usability, and long-term maintainability
• Design and build scalable data models, workflows, custom objects, validation rules, and approval processes
• Build dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, sales activity, and revenue performance
