What you'll do

• Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and order status
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents
• Follow up with customers on pending orders, deliveries, and payments
• Coordinate with production, stores, dispatch, and accounts teams
• Track order processing, production schedules, and delivery commitments

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Sales
• CRM
• MS Office
• ERP
• Target achievement
• MIS reporting
• B.Com or BBA
