Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, curious and creative SDR who understands that the role is about much more than generating responses. You will help KLAY build a qualified, sustainable pipeline by identifying the right accounts and stakeholders, understanding their business context and priorities, creating relevant conversations, and turning early engagement into meaningful sales opportunities.

What you'll do

• Partner with BDMs to prioritize accounts from their respective books based on potential, fit and business triggers
• Research companies and identify the right stakeholders across HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Employee Experience, DE&I, Facilities and Workplace
• Build prospect lists and outreach across Email, LinkedIn, Phone and Events
• Develop creative, personalized approaches to increase response and engagement
• Use AI and emerging sales technologies to improve research, personalization, prospect identification and productivity
