Sales Engineer

About the role

In this role, you will bridge the gap between Engineering and Sales/Customer Success, collaborating closely with these teams to provide technical advice and integration support for both existing clients and new prospects. The role will be executed from Bangalore, India in the India timezone while periodically working later hours (up to 11:30PM IST) to support US-based customers when needed.

What you'll do

• Supporting on technical and security requests from Sales and Customer Success
• Supporting with ad hoc data requests across the company
• Advising and supporting clients with their API integrations
• Setting up custom CRM integrations for existing clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve SSO-related errors while managing stakeholder communication throughout
