Designation – CRM Executive / Sales Executive Experience – 1+ telecom, BPO, Hospitality & Staffing industry As Organizations across the globe strive to improve the quality of their business services while managing their bottom lines, Financial & Accounting process outsourcing consulting has become the new imperative.

What you'll do

Support the execution of the CRM strategy, coordinating and executing activity utilizing the full mix of communication channels on offer
Present data clearly to managers across the business, ensuring that you provide insights & customer trends through data
Provide general administrative assistance to the Director and team
Define, support and coordinate the retention strategy in junction with the Directors
Work closely with the Director on developing initiatives to retain and increase the value of our Top clients
