About the role

As a Scrum Master you would be a facilitator who ensures that the Scrum team follows the processes that they agreed to follow. The Scrum master skillfully removes obstacles and distractions that may impede the team from meeting goals. What you'll do

• Schedule and facilitate daily stand-up meetings
• Drive planning sessions, facilitate release planning, and Coach team members to work together efficiently
• Guide teams in using new tools and methodologies, Resolve impediments to team workflows
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure development work is reviewed in a timely and efficient manner
• Develop a deep understanding of products and vision to help guide development
