SDR Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager (SDR Manager) who will own our outbound pipeline generation engine for the North American market. This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll not only lead and mentor a team of SDRs, but also roll up your sleeves to prospect, cold call, and demonstrate what great looks like.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and scale a team of high-performing outbound SDRs targeting the North American market
• Own team quotas for meetings booked and pipeline generated
• Define and refine outbound strategies, messaging, and playbooks for targeted verticals
• Act as a player-coach — lead by example through active prospecting, cold calling, and objection handling
• Establish a data-driven performance culture with daily activity metrics, dashboards, and conversion tracking
