Senior Account Manager

About the role

You'll own a portfolio of existing accounts spanning our largest strategic relationships and a set of smaller, recurring accounts. Twelve months in, you will be running structured account plans for your top accounts, owning the commercial relationship — pricing, negotiation, deal shaping — rather than relaying proposals from our pre-sales team.

What you'll do

• Own the commercial relationship for a named portfolio of existing accounts, spanning global enterprise and mid-market industrial clients
• Build and maintain structured account expansion plans — growth levers, quarterly roadmap, risk register — for your top accounts, and run regular account reviews
• Own pricing strategy and commercial structuring for deals within your accounts
• Track account health signals — utilization, satisfaction, delivery feedback — in partnership with delivery teams
• Keep CRM records for your accounts accurate and complete, as a byproduct of running the account well — not as the job itself
