Senior Business Development Representative – US (Mid-Market)

About the role

As a Senior BDR, you'll own outbound prospecting and qualified meeting generation for Gushwork, focusing exclusively on commercial and mid-market businesses in the United States. You'll identify target accounts, reach decision-makers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels, understand their business needs, and schedule qualified product demos for the Account Executive team.

What you'll do

• Own outbound prospecting: Identify, research, and engage relevant US-based commercial and mid-market accounts through cold calls, personalised emails, LinkedIn
• Build targeted account lists: Identify decision-makers, map accounts, and prioritize prospects based on ICP fit, business needs, and buying potential
• Drive high-volume outreach: Maintain consistent daily activity across calls, emails, follow-ups, and other outbound channels while prioritizing quality and conversion
• Own pipeline-generation targets: Deliver against monthly and quarterly goals for qualified meetings, opportunities created, and outbound-sourced pipeline
• Optimise outreach strategies: Experiment with messaging, sequences, channels, and prospecting approaches to improve response rates and meeting conversions
