Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

About the role

Process Indents (Sales Orders) by Technical Order Documentation. Convert Customer’s requirements received through Indents from TSS, into documents required by Customers. Prepare & Submit project drawings as required by Customer/Consultants through DMS. Prepare Base frames drawings & other major bought out items & the same to be released for procurement / manufacturing in SAP.

What you'll do

• Process Indents (Sales Orders) by Technical Order Documentation
• Prepare & Submit project drawings as required by Customer/Consultants through DMS
• Prepare Base frames drawings & other major bought out items & the same to be released for procurement / manufacturing in SAP
• Review & approval of pump data sheets, performance curves, QCP & further submission to Clients / Consultants for their approvals through DMS
• Review aggregate part list / BOM w.r.t. approved / final documents and drawings
