About the role

Co-ordinate various technical institutions and mobilize suitable candidates for operation requirement (NAPS/Trainees/Contract Labour) Assisting in creating MPR through Workday and follow-ups to get approved. Job Postings – internal, external and Naukri and screening the suitable candidates for further process.

What you'll do

• Assisting in creating MPR through Workday and follow-ups to get approved
• Scheduling and coordinating for the interview process
• Develop trainees & Apprentices through structured training programme
• Arranging for Training Sessions and updating in LMS module
• Collecting Training feedback and training effectiveness
