About the role

Design and oversee integrations across Workday and related platforms, including assessments, background verification, e-signature, identity management, and learning systems. Establish governance frameworks covering delivery planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, release readiness, and stakeholder communication.

  • Shape the future of hiring at global scale
  • Own a high-visibility Workday leadership mandate
  • Drive delivery and optimization of the Workday Recruiting roadmap in partnership with HR, technology, and product stakeholders
  • Establish governance frameworks covering delivery planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, release readiness, and stakeholder communication
  • Lead and manage internal teams and external delivery partners, ensuring quality, execution excellence, and continuous improvement
