Senior People Business Partner - APAC

About the role

The role translates the organisational business strategy into a coherent local people strategy, shaping organisational design, capability, engagement, performance and retention so the business can scale, deliver profitably and continuously improve the customer and employee experience.

What you'll do

• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders across the India and Australia business areas in addition to wider business leaders
• Lead organisational design and strategic workforce planning for a multi-disciplinary, dual-geography population balancing cost, capacity, utilisation and capability
• Drive adoption, refinement and continuous improvement of the organisation-wide talent architecture (job families, levelling, capability frameworks and career pathways)
• Partner on talent, succession and performance management, strengthening bench and succession cover for business-critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Shape and deliver engagement and retention strategies, using insight to reduce regretted attrition and improve the employee experience across both locations
