About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own and drive the strategic direction of our Nations Vision product ecosystem — a multi-tool platform supporting hundreds of clients across the vision benefits landscape. The ideal candidate brings deep analytical rigor, unwavering attention to detail, and a relentless commitment to product quality and accuracy.

What you'll do

• Product Ownership & Strategy
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for the Nations Vision platform, balancing client needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable product specifications
• Fee Schedule Design & Configuration: Oversee the accuracy, configuration, and maintainability of fee schedules across the platform
• Plan Access Restrictions: Direct the setup and validation of plan-level access rules, benefit tiers, and eligibility parameters

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• SQL
