Senior Sales Manager (Solution Sales)

About the role

As a Senior Sales Manager (Solution Sales) , you will spearhead strategic alliance growth. In this role, you will own the full commercial lifecycle for a dedicated portfolio of core partners, driving joint revenue via sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through models.

What you'll do

• Multi-Partner Portfolio Management - Directly lead and manage full end-to-end alliance strategy for a maximum of three core system integration partners
• Partner Practice Expansion & Enablement - Guide alliance partners throughout their development cycle, transforming foundational capabilities into mature
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership to establish strategic visions, align go-to-market initiatives by sector
• Assist partners in forming standardized, repeatable deployments targeting specialized business needs within key sectors such as BFSI, e-commerce, and fraud prevention
• Spearhead the rollout of targeted industry models covering domains like automated content processing, client experience modernization, and regulatory adherence
