About the role

Lead and manage all HR functions at the Godda site, ensuring alignment with Adani’s overall HR policies and business strategies. – Develop and implement strategic workforce planning to meet the site’s manpower requirements, ensuring optimal deployment and succession planning. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and maintain top-tier talent for various operational and leadership roles.

What you'll do

• Establish strong relationships with site leadership and various business units to provide HR guidance and support in operational decision-making
• Champion performance management processes by setting clear objectives, facilitating continuous feedback, and ensuring fair and transparent appraisal systems
• Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws, health and safety regulations
