What you'll do

• Enable 2-3 cross-functional teams delivering data, automation, and AI-related solutions
• Facilitate Agile events in a way that drives value, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Help teams identify and address impediments, dependencies, and delivery risks
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership Teams to align priorities and delivery outcomes
• Facilitate discussions across organizational boundaries and help teams navigate competing priorities
