Sr Staff Inbound Product Manager

About the role

As our AI security business continues its rapid growth trajectory, we're expanding our product management team to drive the next generation of AI in Security Incident Response and AI-to-AI security integrations.

What you'll do

• Own a significant portion of the AI product Roadmap for Security Incident Response (SIR), and transform requirements into customer-centric solutions
• Work directly with customers & partners in regular strategic meetings to align on solutions, integration, differentiation, and value propositions
• Communicate priorities clearly across Engineering, Design (UX), Architecture, and partner teams, and own execution / shipping
• Translate complex AI and security workflows into clear, actionable product requirements
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders across product, engineering, UX, leadership, and partner ecosystems

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• ServiceNow

• Any graduate
