About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for semiconductor and hardware engineering positions across the United States. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the semiconductor industry, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of hiring top-tier engineering talent.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for semiconductor and hardware engineering roles
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities
• Ø ASIC Design & Verification
• Ø DFT (Design for Test)
• Ø Silicon Validation and Firmware Engineering
