Staff Technical Account Manager

What you'll do

• Drive product adoption, platform optimization, and customer experience by identifying opportunities to enhance value realization
• Proactively collaborate with Support and Engineering teams to drive timely resolution of critical technical issues, ensuring appropriate prioritisation, visibility
• Assess customer enablement needs and coordinate tailored training programs, workshops, and boot camps to strengthen technical proficiency and maximize product adoption
• This role is fully on-site, requiring work from the customer’s office (in Mumbai) five days a week to enable close collaboration with customer teams
• Your manager will provide additional guidance on team-specific expectations and working norms
