Subsea Sales Engineering Director

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Subsea team, based in India working closely with subsea operators across the region. This is a senior, customer‑facing role combining deep technical expertise with commercial awareness, supporting pre‑sales, solution design, and long‑term customer partnerships.

What you'll do

• Provide pre‑sales technical support, including solution architecture, network design, bills of material, and technical proposals
• Engage directly with customers to analyse network requirements, use cases, and growth plans, and translate these into robust, scalable solutions
• Design and present subsea transmission solutions, including SLTE, open line systems, and related optical transport technologies
• Support RFP/RFQ responses, technical clarifications, and customer workshops
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, developing long‑term relationships built on credibility and insight
