TA Intern

About the role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team. As a HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates.

What you'll do

• Assist in the creation and optimization of job descriptions and job postings
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
• Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings of resumes to identify top talent
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Manage and update candidate information in the ATS to ensure proper tracking and consistency throughout the hiring process
