Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist atTruww, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment and onboarding process. You will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure that the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent. Your role will encompass a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, induction, attendance regularization, and policy implementation.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and specifications
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation
• Design and execute a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization
• Conduct exit interviews and oversee the offboarding process, collecting valuable feedback for continuous improvement
