Technical Account Executive

About the role

You own sales for India, APAC and Europe: from the first reply to a signed contract, a smooth migration and the first expansion. This is not a hand-off role. You run discovery and the demo yourself, answer the technical questions you can. A forward deployed engineer helps on complex proofs of concept, but you run the deal.

What you'll do

• Pipeline. Respond to inbound leads (demo requests, high-potential sign-ups, self-hosted users who need an enterprise license) within one business day
• Discovery and demo. Find out what triggered the search, the hard constraints (self-hosted or cloud, data residency, volume, budget)
• Closing. Size deals from real usage, write the proposal, run a proof of concept with clear success criteria, and get through security reviews, DPAs and procurement
• The first 90 days of the customer. See the customer through onboarding and migration off their old tool
• Forecast hygiene. Every call ends with a booked next step. HubSpot is up to date every week, with realistic close dates

What you need
