Technical Account Manager

About the role

This role is ideal for professionals with a technical/engineering background who have transitioned into account management, client-facing, or pre-sales roles. We're looking for someone who can operate with minimal oversight, thrives in ownership-driven environments, and is equally comfortable in a room with engineers as in a room with clients evaluating a partnership.

What you'll do

• Maintain a written account plan per client: stakeholder map, org context, quarterly goals, whitespace
• Run the operating rhythm: monthly readouts, QBRs, retro follow-through
• Partner with People Success/recruiting on staffing changes and ramps
• Handle client paperwork, security questionnaires, vendor onboarding, due diligence
• Keep CRM/ERP and account records current, down to client-specific details
