Technical Account Manager Intern

About the role

This internship is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals with a technical or engineering background who are keen to build a career in client-facing account management. You'll work closely with our Technical Account Managers and support the day-to-day operations that keep our client accounts running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Work closely with our Technical Account Managers and support the day-to-day operations that keep our client accounts running smoothly
• Keep CRM/ERP and account records up to date, down to client-specific details
• Support the weekly account snapshot by gathering and verifying data on runway, headcount, and invoicing
• Help prepare client paperwork, including security questionnaires, vendor onboarding forms, and due diligence documents
• Track action items from client meetings, monthly readouts, and QBRs, and follow up until they're closed
