What you'll do

  • Make outbound calls to promote VI telecom services and offers
  • Convince customers to port their existing mobile numbers to VI (MNP)
  • Convert VI prepaid customers to postpaid plans
  • Explain postpaid benefits, plans, and available offers
  • Achieve daily sales targets while maintaining call quality
