Tower Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil QA/QC Engineer to lead field-level quality assurance and quality control for the civil, structural and architectural works of a large-scale AI Data Center campus in Odisha.

What you'll do

• Quality Planning and Assurance Review contractor Project Quality Plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements
• Confirm that quality requirements, acceptance criteria, hold points, witness points and testing frequencies are clearly defined and implemented
• Prepare and maintain quality surveillance plans for civil, structural and architectural work packages
• Verify that contractors use the latest approved drawings, specifications and construction documents at the workfront
• Participate in pre-construction and preparatory meetings for critical activities
