About the role

We are looking for an experienced US HR Onboarding Manager with a strong background in managing end-to-end US employee onboarding operations.

What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for US W2 employees and C2C consultants
  • Coordinate background verification, employment verification, and drug screening
  • Manage onboarding trackers, documentation, and employee records
  • Lead the onboarding team and monitor SLAs, productivity, and turnaround time
  • Prepare onboarding MIS reports and drive process improvements
