Sales Director - India

About the role

Reporting into regional commercial leadership, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth across India, targeting agency holding companies, media agencies and brand advertisers, while hiring, coaching and managing an account team as the market grows. You’ll bring both a strong personal sales track record and proven experience building or leading a team, ideally in ad tech, data, or media.

What you'll do

• Build, coach, and manage a small but growing sales team, setting individual and team targets and supporting them through the full sales cycle
• Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for India, including account planning, prospecting priorities, and regional expansion plans
• Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and global commercial leadership to feed India market needs into broader company strategy
• Meet or exceed team and individual quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Report regularly on pipeline, forecasting, and team performance to regional and global leadership
